Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed through Stripe and may be made by credit card or other payment methods supported by Stripe. Specific prices will be shown on the purchase page or product page for each service once available.

Cancellations and refunds

Please see our Terms of Service and Commercial Disclosure (特定商取引法に基づく表記) for full details. In summary:

• Because this is a digital service, cancellations or refunds requested solely at the purchaser's discretion after the service has been accessed are not accepted.
• If the service cannot be used due to a system failure or other cause attributable to the Operator, a full refund will be provided upon confirmation.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed individually and refunded as appropriate.
